ITV America-owned High Noon Entertainment has elevated longtime development executive Katie Neff to senior vice president of development.

In her new role, Neff (pictured) will continue to manage the development team, in addition to creating original formats, identifying unique talent and IP, and producing sizzles and pilots for the unscripted prodco’s development slate.

Neff previously served as vice president of development, working closely with home reno couple Chip and Joanna Gaines of the HGTV Emmy-nominated series Fixer Upper.

Additional credits to Neff’s name include HGTV’s Restored by the FordsGood BonesFlip or Flop Vegas, Farmhouse Fixer, amongst others, and numerous projects currently in production and development.

Neff has developed and sold a variety of shows to networks including Animal Planet, Food Network, Discovery, Netflix and Facebook.

“Katie has been integral in forwarding the High Noon brand over the past near decade, and continues to brandish her unparalleled skills in identifying unknown, skilled talent that pops in the marketplace,” said High Noon Entertainment president Scott Feeley, in a statement. “Her expertise in building shows around these incredible finds makes her a valuable asset for High Noon, and we’re happy to have her on the frontlines of the business with current and new buyers.”
