ITV America has signed film and television prodco Scout Productions to an exclusive production deal that will see a range of content created under the ITV America banner.

Under the new deal, David Collins (pictured) and Michael Williams, the founders of Scout Productions, will create and produce series across a variety of genres, including reality, lifestyle, docuseries and competition shows, among others.

Among Collins and Williamsโ€™ creative credits is Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, which debuted on Bravo in 2003. The two executives, along with Scout Productionโ€™s chief creative officer Rob Eric, are currently executive-producing a new Queer Eye series in association with ITV Entertainment, with ITVE president David Eilenberg also serving as executive producer.

โ€œThis deal with Scout Productions furthers our goal at ITV America of building a bench of creatives who are supported by the resources of ITV and encouraged to do what they do best. Weโ€™re delighted and honored to work alongside the entire Scout Productions team as they continue to push programming boundaries,โ€ said ITV America chief creative officer Adam Sher and ITV America president David George in a joint statement.

The deal was negotiated by Edward Simpson, EVP, business development & international at ITV America with Scout Productions repped by WME.

Eric will continue to serve as CCO and EP for Scout Productions.
